Returns & Refunds Eligibility

• We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original or equivalent protective packaging to qualify for a refund.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
